Jimmy John`s in Farragut

Jimmy John's is my favorite sub shop. I go there about once a week. The staff is friendly and the subs are really good. Sometimes they have my sandwich made before I'm even done paying. Unfortunately I live to far for them to deliver to my house, but when I did their delivery was always really fast.

Liked this place but they won't deliver any more and refuse to deliver a whopping mile and half a away. Many years they have delivered... guess they don't need my regular business. So jimmy, with all your great quips on your wall, you have another lesson to learn. I'm am going to drive and pick up several sandwhiches from lenny's in lieu of driving to your estabishment.

I go to this location all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. As the person handed me my order, I informed him that I had ordered 2 Kickin Ranch instead of the 1 he was handing me. He gave me a smirk as he pointed out what was on the order slip. At this point, I told I didn't care what was on the order slip, I know what I ordered. He informed me that he was the owner and that I was being rude. This was in the presence of other customers and his employees. In my opinion very unprofessional and an over reaction over 40 cents. This is in no way how a owner or manager should behave.

Very slow. Waited 20 minutes for my order. There were only 2 peoples orders ahead of mine, neither was a large order. Also missed adding some of the toppings. They were listed on the receipt. Tasted fine other than that.

Amazing GM!!! We ordered carry out and the first guy that came forgot our chips. I called the store and the GM answered and said he’d gladly drive our chips out. When he came he also had a cookie and a free sandwich coupon! Wish every place had that great of customer service. Thank you all!!

This is my first and last time eating a sandwich from jimmy johns. Although the staff was very pleasant, my $8 sandwich is very blah. I paid extra for Pickle's and onions and got 2 of each on my sandwich. All and all not a tasty sandwich and too expensive for what you receive.

Dirty tables, dirty floor. Person who I ordered from argued about not having anything called “Jimmy Peppers”. Maybe they were new. No napkins unless you request them. Sub was good though if you are ok with the rest

We just ate here for the first time and got it to go. We are originally from Pa. so we know good hoagies! My wife and I each got big Italian and it was really good! The rolls can make or break a sandwich and their rolls are good! We really enjoyed them and they use high quality meats! My daughter got a tuna sandwich and ate all of it. We will definitely get sandwiches here again.

past four times I’ve ordered, various items were missing. this time I ordered my sandwich for delivery online at 12:17 pm and it has been an hour and I still don’t have my order. I called them to nicely address this because I love Jimmy Johns and order from them at least twice a week at the office and got hung up on by what sounded like a teenage boy who apparently took great offense to what I was nicely telling him. get it together!

The best darn subs!

I've only had one sandwich from this location and it was ok but not what I expected, the second time I ordered one to have it delivered the cashier acted as if they did not know where I was at, even if the rest of my coworkers always get theirs delivered there. I then called an hour and a half later they said it was being delivered, it never showed up mind you I was only a mile down the road and at my place of business only getting a half an hour for lunch I called way before my scheduled time, and this will be my last. I do not recommend this place, poor advertisement of freaky fast food and delivery. Not worth your time.

Friendly staff, fast service and great food! Deliveries are also very convenient. Definitely stop by if you're in Farragut! You'll even sometimes get your food back before you get your change.

Sandwiches are amazing! Cashier was not so bright. Gave her a 20 plus a dime when the total was 9.05 and she handed the dime back to me and gave me all the change that I was not wanting. I told her about it and she said, Yeah, i know I just put in 20. 😶

Jimmy John's gives a consistent experience each and every time. They have quality sandwiches for decent prices. The food is always tasty and never leaves that "gross" feeling after consumption. Their delivery service is also unsurpassed. I have used it numerous times at work. If you're looking for a good sandwich, look no further.

It's amazing if you tip before the delivery they will call you and make you come down. If you dont they will actually come to your room. So hold your tip until delivery. Tested this a few times.
